Robert
is an Associate Partner and Senior Project Engineer for
Samartano & Company. He joined the firm in 1984. He has been
in charge of an assortment of projects, ranging from high rise office
buildings to adaptive re-use. His responsibilities
include involvement in all phases of a job, from conception through
field supervision. He has a wide variety of experience in the
design of
